摘要
目的探究近20年姜黄素的研究进展。方法以主题:(Diferulylmethane)OR主题:(curcumin)为检索式,从Web of Science下载2000年至2019年姜黄素研究相关文献,使用Cite Space V5.6.R4,Microsoft Excel 2016及Web of Science相关功能对数据进行处理。结果自2000年1月1日至2019年4月10日,Web of Science共检索到文献13564篇。发表文献数最多的作者是来自温州医科大学的LIANG G。共被引频次最高的作者是来自德州大学的AGGARWAL BB。印度科学和工业研究理事会是发文量最多的研究机构。我国发表姜黄素文献最多,美国文献被引频次和h指数较高。纳米粒子(nanoparticles)和生物利用性(bioaccessibility)是该领域研究的热点。结论目前姜黄素研究应主要集中于疾病治疗机制和提高生物利用度方面。
Objective To explore progress of curcumin research in recent 20 years. Methods With"(Diferulylmethane)OR(curcumin)"as the search term, the relevant literatures on curcumin research from 2000 to 2019 were downloaded from Web of Science, and data were processed using CiteSpace V5.6.R4, Microsoft Excel 2016 and Web of Science.Results From January 1, 2000 to April 10, 2019, Web of Science retrieved 13,564 articles. The most published authors were LIANG G from Wenzhou Medical University. The most cited author was AGGARWAL BB of the University of Texas. The Indian Council for Scientific and Industrial Research was the largest publishing body. The articles of curcumin were published the most in China, and the cited frequency and H-index of American literature were higher.Nanoparticles(nanoparticles) and biological utilization(bioaccessibility) was hot spot of research in this field.Conclusion At present, curcumin research should focus on the mechanism and the improvement of bioavailability.
