“益气固元”针法治疗前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Urinary Incontinence after Radical Resection of Prostate Cancer with"Yiqi Guyuan"Acupuncture

目的通过临床观察,初步探讨"益气固元"针法治疗前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者的临床疗效。方法将40例前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者按照就诊次序均分为两组,对照组20例给予盆底肌训练治疗,治疗组给予"益气固元"针法结合盆底肌训练,共治疗3个疗程,每个疗程后评定两组患者72 h尿垫用量、国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)、中医证候积分的差异。结果每个疗程治疗后两组患者的72 h尿垫用量、ICI-Q-SF、中医证候积分均有改善(P<0.05),且第3个疗程后治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论"益气固元"针法能有效改善前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁症状,第3个疗程结束后其临床疗效较为显著。

Objective To preliminarily explore the clinical effect of"Yiqi Guyuan"acupuncture on uracratia after radical resection of prostate cancer based on clinical observation.Methods 40 sufferers with uracratia after radical resection of prostate cancer were equally assigned into two groups according to the order of treatment.20 patients in the Contrast group were treated with pelvic floor muscle training.The therapeutic group was treated with"Yiqi Guyuan"Acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training for a total of 3 courses.After each course of treatment,the 72-hour urine pad dosage of the two groups was evaluated,the International urinary Incontinence Advisory Committee urinary Incontinence questionnaire(ICI-Q-SF),and the difference of TCM syndrome scores.Result After each course of treatment,the 72-hour urine pad dosage and ICI-Q-SF,integralof syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine were ameliorated,and the amelioration of the therapeutic group was better than that of the Contrast group after the third course of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture method of"Yiqi Guyuan"can effectively ameliorate the symptoms of urinary incontinence after radical resection of prostate cancer,and the clinical effect is remarkable after the end of the third course of treatment.
