摘要
培训工作是一项长期的、系统的战略工程,是提升员工素质和能力的有效手段,也是促进企业发展的有效途径。苏南公司作为对外合作企业,更需要有一支高素质、高技能的员工队伍。通过总结近几年苏南公司员工教育培训工作的实践,对存在的问题提出了改进意见。
Training is a long-term and systematic strategic project.It is an effective means to improve the quality and ability of employ⁃ees and an effective way to promote the development of enterprises.As a foreign cooperative enterprise,South Sulige Operating Compa⁃ny needs a high-quality and high skilled staff team.This paper summarizes the practice and effect of staff education and training in South Sulige Operating Company in recent years,and puts forward improvement suggestions for existing problems.
