摘要
速度管柱排水采气技术已成为苏里格气田排水采气的重要手段。气田开发过程中气井出现的砂堵、速度管柱内外壁磨损、腐蚀或结垢等问题,会导致气产量下降或带来其他影响生产的异常情况,因此开展了连续油管速度管柱起管技术的研究。成功实施了速度管柱起管试验,经性能评价起出的管柱满足气井排水采气的要求,可以作为生产管柱再次下入井内使用。
Velocity string drainage gas production technology has become an important means of drainage gas production in Sulige gas field.In the process of gas field development,the sand plugging of velocity string,the wear,corrosion or scaling of its inner and outer walls and other problems in gas wells will lead to the production decline of the gas wells or other abnormal conditions affecting produc⁃tion.Therefore,the coiled tubing velocity string tripping technology is studied.The speed string pulling out test was successfully car⁃ried out.The performance evaluation of the pulled out string shows that it can meet the requirements of gas well drainage gas recovery,and can be used as production string to run into the well again.
