水力喷砂解决预置式节流器疑难井的创新应用 被引量:1

摘要 苏里格南气田采用88.9 mm(3.5″)无油管完井方式,生产前普遍投放了井下节流器(DHC),其中预置式占70%,安装后由于井筒积液、节流嘴冲蚀等问题,产量受到明显影响,节流器需要被回收。但一些节流器卡于工作筒内无法取出,尝试多种常规修井工艺无果,导致该井产量损失严重。水力喷砂穿孔工艺首次被应用于解决预置式节流器疑难井,能有效连通产层,可解决疑难井无法生产的困境。针对这种工艺在苏南区块的创新应用,从其机理、可行性研究、数值模拟、基地试验、流程优化、现场应用、产量恢复等方面进行了详细的阐述。 The 88.9 mm(3.5″)tubingless completion method is adopted in south Sulige gas field.Downhole restrictors are generally put in before production,of which the preset restrictors account for 70%.After installation of the restrictors,the production of gas wells is obviously affected due to liquid accumulation in wellbore,the erosion of throttle nozzle and other problems,and the restrictors need to be taken out from the wells.However,some restrictors were stuck in the working barrel and could not be taken out,so it was ineffective to try a variety of conventional workover techniques,resulting in serious production loss of the gas wells.The hydraulic sand blasting perforation technology is used for the first time to solve the difficult well with preset restrictor,which can connect the production layer and effectively solve the difficult problem of the gas wells.The innovative application of the process in Sunan block is elaborated in de⁃tail from the aspects of mechanism,feasibility study,numerical simulation,base experiment,process optimization,field application and production recovery.
