从“湿性粘滞”论新型冠状病毒肺炎患者病后康复

Discussion on the Traditional Rehabilitation Method of COVID-19 from “Dampness with Sticky and Stagnant Nature”

新型冠状病毒肺炎属中医"疫病"范畴,"湿"邪贯穿疾病发展的全过程,COVID-19出院患者症状难以完全缓解、病情偶有反复与"湿性粘滞"的致病特点密切相关。本文针对COVID-19出院患者的病后康复问题,从湿邪致病的角度探讨COVID-19的病因病机,并通过总结名老中医治湿经验,以期应用于新冠肺炎康复期患者的中医调护过程中,治以扶正祛湿为主。湿热伤阴者,兼清热生津;湿重难解者,当淡渗利湿;寒湿内蕴者,可温里散寒;痰瘀互结者,当去菀陈莝。也可结合中医外治等方法,以进一步提高康复期患者的生活质量。

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is closely related to dampness pathogen, as the dampness by nature is sticky and stagnant, the symptoms of COVID-19 are viscous and hard to be cured, which associate with some recent reports that COVID-19 discharged patients still have symptoms of discomfort or positive nucleic acid detection reoccur.Aiming at the rehabilitation of COVID-19 patients discharged from the hospital, this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 from the theory of dampness pathogen. We applied the theory to the treatment of COVID-19 convalescent patients, by presenting the clinical experience of prominent clinical experience of prominent TCM doctors.We suggest the following treatments: strengthening healthy qi and eliminating dampness, clearing heat and promoting diuresis with drugs of tasteless flavor, warming the interior for dispelling cold, activating qi and promoting blood, using TCM external treatment hoping to improve patient life quality in the final stage of the disease.
