“治未病”思想在辅助生殖中的应用

Application of preventive treatment theory in assisted reproductive technology

不孕不育是目前继肿瘤和心血管疾病外影响人类健康的第三大疾病,属于低生育力状态,是影响育龄期女性生殖健康的重要问题。“治未病”是中医思想的重要组成部分,也是中医思想的不断丰富与拓展,在未病预防、已病提前干预及病愈防复发方面的广泛应用可以有助于改善患者的预后,提高患者生活质量。辅助生殖技术在实施过程中受到多方面因素的影响,而治未病思想在辅助生殖的优生备孕、不孕不育病因筛查、促排卵并发症预防及科学保胎等方面可以进行较好的实践,有助于将精准化和个体化诊疗技术在辅助生殖领域进行推广和应用,提高试管婴儿成功率。本文从优生咨询和备孕、辅助生殖技术开展及科学保胎等环节就“治未病”思想在辅助生殖过程中的应用进行探讨,以期更好地服务广大不孕不育患者。

Following tumors and cardiovascular diseases,infertility is the third major diseases affecting human health.The low fertility status of women of childbearing age is a severe problem of female reproductive health.The preventive treatment strategy is an important part of Chinese medicine theory,and it enriches and extends Chinese medicine theory.Its wide application in the disease prevention,early intervention of diseases,and recurrence prevention facilitates the recovery of patients and better quality of life.Assisted reproductive technology(ART)has been widely used for resolving the infertility problems,however,the effect of ART is affected by lots of factors,such as the quality of oocytes and sperms,the exact factors causing the infertility,complications of ovulation induction treatment and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).The preventive treatment strategy of traditional Chinese medicine can be well used in the ART process and help improve the quality of embryo,define the reasons of infertility and make suitable treatment strategies,reduce the rate of RAS and raise the pregnancy rate of ART.
