摘要
脑卒中患者作为新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下易感人群之一,应重点防控。本文基于对目前COVID-19的认识以及对其相关防治策略的领会,探讨COVID-19疫情下脑卒中病机及其相关的中医药防治策略,从中医药未病先防与既病防变两方面分析其科学性与合理性,为脑卒中患者临床防治COVID-19提供借鉴和参考。
As one of the susceptible groups to COVID-19,stroke patients should be paid more attention to the prevention and control of COVID-19.Based on the current understanding of COVID-19 as well as its related prevention and treatment strategies,this article aims to explore the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment strategies of stroke during COVID-19 pandemic,and analyze the scientificity and rationality from the perspective of traditional Chinese medical prevention before disease and control of existing disease so as to provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in stroke patients.
