辽河干流河岸带土壤酶活性特征及相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探究辽河保护区辽河干流河岸带生态系统恢复过程中土壤性质,文章研究了辽河干流23个样地土壤养分特征及土壤酶活性特征,并分别进行了河岸带土壤微生物和植被与酶活性、土壤养分与酶活性、土壤重金属与酶活性及土壤酶与酶活性的相关性分析。结果表明:辽河干流河岸带土壤速效氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机质含量及各种酶活性均呈波动性变化,土壤养分状况和土壤酶活性受土地利用类型、植被恢复状况等多种因素影响;辽河干流河岸带土壤酸性磷酸酶与植被多样性呈显著负相关,土壤养分速效氮和速效钾分别对酸性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶呈显著正相关,土壤酶活性受重金属影响较大,抑制和促进作用均存在,其中镉对酶的抑制性最明显。 The purpose of this study is to explore the soil properties in the restoration process of riparian ecosystem of Liao River trunk stream in Liao River Reserve.The characteristics of soil nutrients content and soil enzyme activity in 23 samples of the trunk stream were studied,and the correlation between soil microorganism and vegetation and enzyme activity,soil nutrient and enzyme activity,soil heavy metal and enzyme activity and soil enzyme activity were analyzed respectively.The results showed that the content of available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,organic matter and enzyme activities in the riparian zone of the trunk stream fluctuated,and soil nutrient status and enzyme activities were affected by land use type,vegetation restoration and other factors.In riparian zone of Liao River trunk stream,soil acid phosphatase was significantly negatively correlated with vegetation diversity;available nitrogen and available potassium of soil nutrient were significantly positively correlated with acid phosphatase and sucrase,respectively.Soil enzyme activity was greatly affected by heavy metals,and inhibition and promotion effects existed,among which cadmium had the most obvious inhibition on enzyme.
