摘要
压力容器中隔板会由于承受载荷而产生偏移。本文通过实例计算进行分析阐述:对于较大直径的容器,利用加强筋与隔板组合的方式会大幅降低隔板计算厚度,设计过程需要进行多次核算,才能得到一个加强筋规格和隔板厚度的最佳组合。
The partition plate in the pressure vessel will deflect due to the load.This paper analyzes and elaborates through calculation example:For larger diameter vessels,the combination of stiffener and partition plate will greatly reduce the calculated thickness of the partition plate.The design process requires multiple calculations to obtain the appropriate value of a stiffener specification and partition plate thickness.
