摘要
热水夹套系统的合理设计是管道设计中的一个难点。设计过程中需充分考虑系统阻力降、热水的合理分配等一系列问题。本文从工程实际出发,对热水夹套系统中管材选择、夹套分节长度选择、跨接管设计、热水引入、引出管设计等一系列问题进行讨论,并着重论述隔断在热水夹套设计过程中的重要性,同时也论述了高压力等级下热水夹套系统中阀门、仪表元件补充伴热的设计思路,对设计者有一定的参考意义。
The reasonable design of the hot water jacket system is a difficult point in the piping design.In the design process,a series of issues such as system pressure drop and reasonable distribution of hot water must be fully considered.Starting from the actual project,this paper discusses a series of issues such as the selection of piping materials in the hot water jacket system,the selection of the length of the jacket section,the design of the jumper pipe,the introduction of hot water and the design of the outlet pipe.It focuses on the importance of partition plate in the hot water jacket design process,and also discusses the design ideas for supplementary heat tracing of valves and instrument components in hot water jacket systems under high pressure class,which has certain reference significance for designers.
