管道专业S3D模型设计检验探讨

摘要 在三维模型设计日益普及的设计工作中,由于存在一些非模型导出条件和成品,为了保证其与模型的一致性,也为了校核第三方导入模型的设计输入,管道专业引入一种基于设计流程的模型检验机制,从框架定位、设备、管口、管线、管件等方面,校验模型与设计条件的一致性,从而实现管道专业与各相关专业条件、管道专业条件与成品的一致性,保障现场安装顺利进行。 In the design work where 3D model design is becoming more and more popular.Because there are some non-model export conditions and finished products,in order to ensure the consistency with the model and to check the design input of the third-party imported model,the piping discipline introduces a model checking mechanism based on the design process to verify the consistency of the model and the design conditions in terms of structure positioning,equipment,nozzles,pipelines and pipe fittings etc.so as to achieve the consistency of conditions between piping discipline and the relevant disciplines,and piping discipline conditions and the finished product in order to ensure the smooth progress of on-site installation.
