产业空间演化视角下乡村型半城镇化地区的转型——以汕头市澄海区中部地区为例

Transition on Rural Peri-Urbanized Areas from the Perspective of industrial Space Evolution:A Case Study of Middle Area of Chenghai District,Shantou City

文章通过采集网络开放数据研究产业空间的扩展过程,以汕头市澄海区中部地区为例,总结乡村型半城镇化地区产业空间扩展的阶段特征,分析产业空间演化对乡村型半城镇化地区发展转型的影响作用。研究表明,乡村型半城镇化地区的产业呈现企业数量的加速增长、企业形式的灵活化与产业结构的合理化趋势,产业空间扩展经历了点式圈层扩展、带状轴向延伸和多中心强化与块状切入三个阶段。产业空间经历了家庭作坊、工业园区与新业态空间的演化,通过促进人口、资本与土地等要素的城镇化,引领了半城镇化地区的功能转型与品质提升,内涵式发展将成为半城镇化地区转型的重要方向。

To study the expansion of industrial space in rural peri-urbanized areas by collecting network open data,this paper summarizes characteristics of industrial spatial expansion changes in different historical stages and analyzes the influence of industrial spatial evolution on the transition of rural peri-urbanized areas of the middle areas of Chenghai District,Shantou City.Research shows that the number of enterprises presents a trend of accelerated growth,with the transformation of industrial forms of flexibility and industrial structure of rationalization.The expansion of industrial space has experienced three stages:point-layer expansion,linear-axial development and polycentric reinforcement with block infilling.Industrial space has experienced changes from family workshops to industrial parks and emerging industrial space,it puts forward the functional transition and quality improvement of peri-urbanized areas by promoting urbanization of population,capital,land and other elements,Connotative development will become an important direction in the transition of peri-urbanized areas.
