Landscape Quality Evaluation of Ecological Tea Garden Based on AHP-TOPSIS-POE Combined Model

摘要 运用层次分析法(AHP)和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)从广场及园路景观、设施景观、水体景观、植物景观、小品及建筑景观、文化体验项目6个方面构建生态茶园景观质量评价体系,并对湖南省5处生态茶园景观质量进行评价;利用使用状况评价法(POE)验证AHP-TOPSIS组合模型的合理性和可行性。结果表明:南岳华盖茶场拥有最佳的景观质量评价品质,衡南宝盖绿彤有机茶园拥有较差的景观质量评价品质,各分项得分略有差异;AHPTOPSIS-POE组合模型能有效解决评价生态茶园景观质量时所遇到的分配评价指标权重困难的问题,避免由于人为因素或者单因素决策出现决策错误。 Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and TOPSIS,this paper constructs the evaluation system of ecological tea garden landscape quality from six aspects:square and garden road landscape,facility landscape,water landscape,plant landscape,sketches and architectural landscape,and cultural experience projects.Taking 5 ecological tea gardens in Hunan Province as research areas,it uses the status of use evaluation(POE)to verify the rationality and feasibility of the AHP-TOPSIS combined model.The results show that the Nanyue Huagai tea farm has the higher landscape quality,and the Hengnan Baogailutong organic tea garden has poor landscape quality,it shows different in the scores of each sub-item.The AHP-TOPSIS-POE combination model can effectively solve the problem in index weights and decision-making influenced by human factors or single-factor,this model can effectively promote the construction of quality evaluation system in the ecological tea garden landscape and the improvement of practical operation capabilities.
