吸引乡贤参与乡村振兴的可行性路径探索——基于传统公共文化空间与乡村公益事业发展的视角

A Study on the Feasible Path of Attracting the Rural Talents to Participate in the Rural Revitalization——from the perspective of traditional public cultural space and rural public welfare development

全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化,是我国在"十四五"时期的重大战略。乡村振兴根本上要靠人才振兴。积极吸引以乡贤为代表的乡村外流人才回归乡村,与乡村居民一同参与乡村治理与乡村建设,特别是支持乡村公益事业发展,尤为必要。以福建省为例,通过检索乡贤参与乡村公益事业的案例发现,乡村宗祠与村庙等传统公共文化空间对于吸引乡贤建设家乡具有重要影响,并为乡贤整合村内外资源提供了组织机制和有效平台。此外,乡村公益事业需要"带头人",乡贤的引领作用也同样重要。以案例方式探讨传统公共文化空间对于乡村公益事业发展的推动作用,具有现实意义和实践价值。

Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and speeding up agricultural and rural modernization is a major strategy of China during the 14 th Five Year Plan period.Rural revitalization is basically the revitalization of talents.It is particularly necessary to actively attract the rural brain drain,represented by the rural sages,to participate in rural governance and rural construction together with rural residents,especially to support the development of rural public welfare undertakings.Taking Fujian Province as an example,by retrieving the cases of rural public welfare,it is found that the traditional public cultural space such as rural ancestral temples and village temples have an important impact on attracting rural sages to build their hometowns,and provide an organizational mechanism for rural sages to integrate resources inside and outside the village.Meanwhile,the public welfare also needs"leaders",and the leading role of rural sages is equally important.It is of practical significance and practical value to explore the promotion mechanism of traditional public cultural space for the development of rural public welfare.
