旅游减贫助推乡村文化振兴:一个尝试性的分析框架

Rural Culture Revitalization by Poverty Alleviation Through Tourism:A Tentative Analysis Framework

乡村文化振兴是新时代乡村振兴国家战略的重要内容。乡村文化振兴是乡村通过发扬优秀传统文化、建设公共文化、打造文明新风等,增加乡村居民文化自信、实现乡村文化复兴、满足城乡居民文化生活需求的行动。基于耦合理论的分析,发现旅游减贫与乡村文化振兴存在资源依赖、发展着力点、依托路径、发展目标的耦合基础,从而设计出旅游减贫与乡村文化振兴耦合发展的分析框架。这一框架为探索旅游减贫与乡村文化振兴耦合路径,更好地发挥两个系统的耦合效应提供了理论指导。

Rural cultural revitalization is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.Rural culture revitalization is an action for the village to increase the cultural self-confidence of the rural residents,realize rural culture revitalization and meet the needs of the urban and rural residents’cultural life by carrying forward the excellent traditional culture,building the public culture and improving civilization.Based on the analysis from coupling theory,this article finds that there is a coupling basis between tourism poverty alleviation and rural cultural revitalization in resource dependence,development focus,reliance path and development goal,based on which the analytical framework of tourism poverty alleviation and rural cultural revitalization coupled development is designed.This framework provides theoretical guidance for exploring the coupling path of tourism poverty alleviation and rural cultural revitalization,and better exerting the coupling effect of the two systems.
