阿司匹林联合尿素软膏预防卡培他滨所致手足综合征的临床观察

Efficacy of Aspirin Combined with Urea Ointment in Preventing Hand-Foot Syndrome Caused by Capecitabine

目的研究阿司匹林联合尿素软膏用于预防卡培他滨所致手足综合征的有效性和安全性。方法选择2017年6月—2018年9月绵阳市第三人民院肿瘤科收治的符合纳入标准的90例肿瘤患者,采用随机数字法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=47)。观察组给予阿司匹林(100 mg,po,qd)联合10%尿素软膏(涂抹手掌和脚掌,bid)+常规护理;对照组采用常规护理。观察两组患者的手足综合征事件以及其他毒副反应。结果两组患者手足综合征的发生率(P=0.637)、严重程度(P=0.964)以及发生时间(P=0.893)比较,差异均无统计学意义。两组患者其他毒副反应如白细胞减少(P=0.810)、贫血(P=0.899)、血小板减少(P=0.622)、恶心呕吐(P=0.919)、转氨酶升高(P=0.573)以及肌酐清除率下降(P=0.720)的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义;严重程度方面,两组患者各级白细胞减少(P=0.644)、贫血(P=0.637)、血小板减少(P=0.705)、恶心呕吐(P=0.573)、转氨酶升高(P=0.739)以及肌酐清除率下降(P=0.739)比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论阿司匹林联合尿素软膏对卡培他滨所致手足综合征无预防作用。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of aspirin combined with urea ointment in preventing hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine.Methods A total of 90 cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the oncology department of the Third People’s Hospital of Mianyang City bewteen June 2017 and September 2018.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=43)and control group(n=47).Patients in observation group were given aspirin(100 mg,po,qd)combined with 10%urea ointment(daubing the palms and soles of the feet,bid)and routine nursing.Patients in control group were only given routine nursing.The incidence of handfoot syndrome and other toxicities were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the incidence rate(P=0.637),severity(P=0.964)and occurrence time(P=0.893)between the two groups.For other side effects,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of leucopenia(P=0.810),anemia(P=0.899),thrombocytopenia(P=0.622),nausea and vomiting(P=0.919),increase of transaminase(P=0.573),and decrease of creatinine clearance rate(P=0.720).As for the severity,no significant difference was found between the two groups in terms of leukocytopenia(P=0.644),anemia(P=0.637),thrombocytopenia(P=0.705),nausea and vomiting(P=0.573),increase of transaminase(P=0.739),and decrease of creatinine clearance rate(P=0.739).Conclusion Aspirin combined with urea ointment has no preventive effect on hand-foot syndrome caused by capecitabine.
