摘要
以解决"小的问题"为导向的精细化课程开发,首先通过问卷调查等收集信息,综合分析得到真实具体需要解决的问题。从"需要解决的问题"入手,将问题分解为多个有内在联系、有逻辑关系的小问题,每个小的问题是大问题的一部分或者关键环节。选取多个小的问题中的一个确定培训项目,或者把每个小问题都确定培训主题,由这些小的培训项目组成一个成体系有内在逻辑关系的大培训课程,分步逐渐实施。培训的出发点虽然是教师教育教学等方面存在的问题,但是落脚点是学生"核心素养"的提高。培训内容还要兼顾国家层面、政策层面的"硬性"需求。培训内容、培训课程、培训方式、培训方法等也要围绕问题的有效解决安排。
Starting from "problem solving", the problem is decomposed into several small problems with internal connection and logical relationship. Each small problem must be a part or key link of the big problem. Select one of several small questions to determine the training theme and training project. We can also determine the training theme for each small problem, and determine multiple training projects. These small training projects form a large training course with internal logical relationship, which can be implemented step by step. Although the starting point of training is the problem existing in teachers’ education and teaching, the end result must be the improvement of students’ core literacy. The training content should also be determined according to the "hard" needs of the national level and policy level. It is neither "what is lacking to make up for what is lacking" nor "what is given". It is determined according to the solution of the problem. Training objects, training contents, training courses, training methods, etc. should also be arranged around the effective solution of the problem.
