新世纪以来我国中小学“校本研修”研究现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of “School-based Research and Training” in Primary and Secondary Schools in China since the New Century

采取共词分析研究方法,分析我国"校本研修"研究现状。研究发现:我国"校本研修"研究主要集中在校本研修与推进课程改革、进修学校定位与学科校本研究、教研人员校本研修作用发挥、校本研修与校本课程建设、国培项目与教师队伍建设、教育行政推动教师培训、网络环境下的校本研修、农村校本研修实践、校长在校本研修中的角色、校本研修模式建构与实践、集体备课与网络教研、信息技术支持下的校本研修、校本研修存在问题与对策、新课程背景下的校本研修、课例研究促进教师专业发展等十五大方面,取得了一定的研究成果,但也存在合作研究较少、实证研究缺乏、重复研究多、创新性研究较少、研究质量不高等问题,并提出了相关建议。

The research status of"school-based study"in China is analyzed by the method of lexical analysis. Research and discovery: China’s"school-based research and training"research mainly focuses on school-based research and curriculum reform, further education school orientation and discipline school-based research, teaching and research personnel school-based research and development, school-based research and school-based curriculum construction, national training projects and teacher team construction Education Administration promotes teacher training, school-based research in the online environment, rural school-based research practice, principal’s role in school-based research, school-based research model construction and practice, collective lesson preparation and network teaching and research, and school-based research and school under the support of information technology.Some achievements have been made in the fifteen major areas, such as problems and countermeasures, school-based research under the background of the new curriculum, and curriculum research to promote the professional development of teachers. However, there is also less cooperative research, lack of empirical research, more repeated research, less innovative research, and low quality research, and relevant suggestions are put forward.
