从现实角度分析,信息技术的飞速发展促使我国逐渐地步入了新媒体时代。在这一时代背景下,新媒体技术已经广泛普及到了社会各个领域当中,并且对诸多行业都产生了较为深远的影响。尤其是在教育行业,高校学生在新媒体技术的影响下对社会各项信息的了解变得更加便捷。但是新媒体对于高校学生的心理健康教育而言是一把双刃剑。在这种情况下,学生容易受到虚假信息的侵扰,对其三观造成消极影响。教师如果能够正确运用新媒体技术组织学生开展高校心理健康教育活动,将极大地提升高校心理健康教育的实效性和精准性。针对这一情况,此次研究主要就新媒体视角下高校学生心理健康教育的方法与路径做了简要的分析,目的在于保证新媒体技术与高校心理健康教育能够深度融合,并发挥出其应有的作用,提升高校心理健康教育的教学质量以及学生的心理健康水平。

From a practical point of view, the rapid development of information technology has gradually injected into the new media era. In this era, new media technology has been widely spread to all fields of society, and has a profound impact on education in many industries, especially in the education industry, college students in the impact of new media technology for the society. However, new media is a double-edged sword for college students’ mental health education. In this case, if students are affected by false information, it is easy to have a negative impact on their three outlooks. However, if teachers can correctly use the new media technology to carry out college mental health education activities, they will be able to greatly improve the effectiveness and accuracy of mental health education in colleges and universities. In view of this situation, this study mainly makes a brief analysis on the methods and paths of college students’ mental health education from the perspective of new media. The purpose is to ensure that the new media technology and college mental health education can be deeply integrated, and play its due role to improve the teaching quality of college mental health education and students’ mental health level.
