The Construction of the Cultural Ecosystem of Modern Academy--A Case from Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University

摘要 在高校实用主义教学背景下,大学重功用、轻人文的现象比较突出。书院制对提升大学生人文素养、实现大学立德树人目标有着重要意义。本文通过相关文献探讨,梳理了中西方书院的发展历程,对现代书院文化的内涵和属性进行界定,指出现代书院文化建设中存在双院职能定位难、文化氛围不浓厚、文化特色不鲜明、导师作用难发挥等问题。基于泉州职业技术大学书院文化建设经验提出依托五大书院、借助五大实践和四个体系等措施解决上述问题。 In the context of university pragmatism teaching, the phenomenon that the universities focus on functions but neglect the humanities is more prominent. The academy system is of great significance of improving the humanistic literacy of college students. And it’s important for students to achieve the goal of establishing morality and fostering their personalities in the university.Through the investigation of relevant literature, this article sorts the development of Chinese and Western academies, defines the connotations and attributes of modern academy culture, and points out that the difficulties in positioning the functions of dual academies, the weakness in cultural atmosphere, its unclear cultural characteristics. It also emphasizes that the role of a mentor is difficult to play. Based on the cultural construction experience of related academies of Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University and with the help of five practices, it is proposed to solve the above problems according to the five major academies and four systems.
