摘要
为了探究开放教育学生完美主义对拖延行为的影响,对218名开放教育学生开展问卷调查,统计分析完美主义、完美适应性、自尊和拖延行为四个变量之间的关系。结果表明:开放教育学生完美主义和拖延行为呈显著正相关。开放教育学生的完美主义倾向与其拖延行为的关系可以一个部分中介模型表征,并以一个部分中介模型表征,个体的完美主义倾向以较小的贡献率直接影响其拖延行为,而更大的贡献率则通过其完美适用性和自尊为中介变量影响其拖延行为。从自我认知、学业规划、课程建设三个方面,为改善开放教育学生拖延行为提出了可行性建议。
In order to explore the impact of open education students’perfectionism on procrastination behavior,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 218 open education students to statistically analyze the relationship between perfectionism,adaptability of perfectionism,self-esteem,and procrastination behavior.The results show that the perfectionism and procrastination of open education students are significantly positively correlated.The relationship between the perfectionism tendency of open education students and their procrastination behavior can be characterized by a partial mediation model,and it can be characterized by a partial mediation model.Individual perfectionism tendency directly affects their procrastination behavior with a smaller contribution rate,while a greater contribution rate,then with its perfect applicability and self-esteem as an intermediary variable is to influence its procrastination behavior.From the three aspects of self-awareness,academic planning,and curriculum construction,feasible suggestions for improving the delay behavior of open education students are put forward.
