摘要 汉语言文学专业的办学质量直接决定了中学语文教师队伍的整体水平。面对新时代的要求,六盘水师范学院以师范类专业认证为契机,探索构建“两提升四驱动”的人才培养模式。该模式以师资队伍素质能力提升和学生专业素质技能提升为“两提升”,以课程建设驱动、教学改革驱动、实习见习研习驱动、专业技能考核驱动的“四驱动”模式,培养社会需求的高素质语文教师。 The educational quality of the students who major in Chinese Language and Literature directly determines the overall level of Chinese teachers in middle schools.Facing the requirements of the new age,Liupanshui Normal University takes the opportunity of identification of education majors to explore and construct the personnel cultivation pattern of“Two Improvements and Four Driving Forces”.In this pattern,“two improvements”refers to the improvement of teachers’quality and students’professional quality and skills;“Four Driving Forces”means to take the curriculum construction as the foundation,take the teaching reform as pushing force,mobilize teachers and students by organizing“Sanxi”and carry out professional skill assessment,which aim to train the high-quality Chinese teachers for the needs of society.
