摘要
如何提高双级脉管制冷机的效率是脉管制冷机领域一直关注的问题。已有实验证明,使用阶梯推移活塞作为调相机构可以得到高于采用双向进气时的效率,这证明阶梯推移活塞具有很高的研究价值。本文提出了用于分析双级脉管制冷机的节点分析法,该节点分析法是基于双向进气脉管制冷机数值计算的一种改进。该方法有助于从热力学角度更深刻地理解阶梯推移活塞双级脉管制冷机。本文利用该方法讨论了第一级脉管和第二级脉管的匹配问题,以及第二级回热器填充率对制冷性能的影响。
The problem low efficiency of Stirling type two-stage pulse tube refrigerator is one of the hard jobs for a quite long time.Step displacer as a phase shifter can get higher theoretical efficiency than that of the double inlet type,and it is confirmed by experiment,which shows that it is a high potential method to be investigated further.A nodal analysis method for step displacer two-stage pulse tube refrigerator is introduced,which is an update of the numerical method developed for double inlet pulse tube refrigerator.It could give detailed information from thermodynamic view point which is very helpful for understanding the basic mechanism of the step displacer type pulse tube refrigerator.The fitting of the first stage pulse tube with the second stage pulse tube and the influence of packing factor with pressed stainless-steel mesh of the second stage regenerator are studied.
