关于真空除气使用的真空泵情况分析与讨论 被引量:1

摘要 为使真空泵的抽气能力能最大程度适应除气过程,在选用真空泵时需考虑到搅拌气体数量、设备表面放气和设备的漏气率。随着钢液真空处理技术的发展,能保证高效率、有效地脱除钢液中的气体成为迫切的问题。由于抽出气体有灰尘,维修次数多等综合因素,应采用抽气能力大、运转可靠性强、结构简单的蒸汽喷射泵而非机械泵。但近年来,钢液真空处理真空设备由于干式机械泵抽气能力过大、高温高湿、易燃易爆等问题存在,仍多采用喷射系统。因此今后对于罗茨泵的选型、配置、压缩比的分配与确定、温升计算、效率计算、转矩计算以及转速控制等方面应进行进一步研究以解决实际问题。 In order to make the vacuum pump suction capacity can adapt to the degassing process to the greatest extent, the number of stirred gas, the surface of the equipment and the leakage rate of the equipment should be considered when choosing the vacuum pump. With the development of liquid steel vacuum treatment technology, it is an urgent problem to remove the gas in liquid steel efficiently. Due to the comprehensive factors such as dust and maintenance times, steam jet pump with large extraction capacity, strong operation reliability and simple structure should be adopted instead of mechanical pump. However, in recent years, due to the excessive pumping capacity of dry mechanical pump, high temperature and humidity, inflammable and explosive problems, spraying system is still used in the vacuum equipment of liquid steel vacuum treatment. Therefore, further research should be conducted on the selection, configuration, distribution and determination of compression ratio, temperature rise calculation, efficiency calculation, torque calculation and speed control of Roots pump in the future to solve practical problems.
