摘要
[目的]系统性地评价5种不同教学方法对护理专业学生自主学习能力的影响.[方法]利用中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed,Web of science,EBSCO等数据库检索翻转课堂教学法、以团队为基础的教学法、情景模拟教学法、概念图教学法及案例教学法对护理专业学生自主学习能力影响方面的文献,按照纳入和排除标准对检索到的文献进行筛查和质量评价后最终纳入34篇文献,运用网状Meta分析方法比较5种不同教学方法对护理专业学生自主学习能力的影响.[结果]纳入的34项随机对照试验中共有4637名护理专业学生.分析结果显示,5种教学方法均可有效提高护理专业学生的自主学习能力(P<0.05).排序概率图和排序概率表显示,翻转课堂教学法对护理专业学生自主学习能力的影响效果排在前面,位于排名1的概率值为0.41.[结论]5种教学方法均可提高护理专业学生的自主学习能力,其中翻转课堂教学法具有优势.
OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the effects of 5 different teaching methods on the self-directed learning ability of nursing students.METHODS CNKI,Wan-fang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of science and EBSCO databases were used to search the literatures on the influence of flipped classroom teaching method,team-based teaching method,situational simulation teaching method,concept map teaching method and case teaching method on the self-directed learning ability of nursing students.34 literatures were finally included after screening and quality evaluation of the retrieved literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The network Meta-analysis was used to compare the impact of 5 different teaching methods on the self-directed learning ability of nursing students.RESULTS A total of 4637 nursing students were enrolled in 34 randomized controlled trials.The results showed that all the 5 teaching methods could effectively improve the self-directed learning ability of nursing students(P<0.05).The ranking probability graph and table showed that flipped classroom teaching method was the best in improving self-directed learning ability,and the probability of ranking 1 was 0.41.CONCLUSION 5 teaching methods can effectively improve the self-directed learning ability of nursing students,and flipped classroom teaching method has the most advantages.
