急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与预后的相关性

Correlation between neutrophil and lymphocyte ratio and prognosis in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome

[目的]探讨急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对预后的判断价值.[方法]选择自2017年1月至2018年12月间诊断为ARDS的58例患者作为研究对象,观察ICU滞留时间、住院时间、NLR与预后的相关性.[结果]58例中死亡7例,死亡率为12.1%;治疗后的炎性因子CRP,IL-6及血清PCT水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);CRP,IL-6,PCT,NLR等与ARDS患者预后呈正相关.[结论]CRP,IL-6,PCT,NLR与ARDS患者预后有相关性,CRP,IL-6,PCT,NLR水平越高预后不良风险越大.

OBJECTIVE To explore the value of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)on the prognostic judgment in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).METHODS 58 patients diagnosed with ARDS from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.The correlation of ICU stay,hospital stay,NLR and prognosis was observed.RESULTS 7 of 58 patients died,with a mortality rate of 12.1%.The levels of inflammatory factors CRP,IL-6 and serum PCT after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).CRP,IL-6,PCT,NLR,etc.were positively correlated with the prognosis of ARDS patients.CONCLUSION CRP,IL-6,PCT and NLR are correlated with the prognosis of ARDS patients.The higher CRP,IL-6,PCT and NLR levels are,the greater the risk of poor prognosis.
