摘要
装卸料机是核电厂PMC系统关键设备,制造完成后须在试验台架上进行整机调试、模拟试验,对装卸料机的整体性能进行验证,确保其功能的可靠性。通过对装卸料机试验台架的改造设计论述,解决大型工字梁校型难点,为后续类似桥梁施工积累宝贵经验;使用科学的测量方法,解决大型结构件安装中的测量问题,并合理运用了现有测量工具;在整个改造过程中,从改造方案的提出、具体施工图的设计到安装调整,形成了一套针对此类大型桥梁设计、制造、安装、测量、调整的核心技术,对后续不同堆形装卸料机试验台架的制造提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。
Loading and unloading machine is the key equipment of PMC system in nuclear power plant.After completion of manufacturing,the complete machine decommissioning and simulation test must be carried out on the test bench to verify the overall performance of each loading machine to ensure the reliability of its functions.Through the discussion on the reconstruction and design of the loading and unloading machine test bench,the difficulties in the alignment of large I-beam are solved,and valuable experience is accumulated for the construction of similar brides in the future.The scientific measurement method is used to solve the measurement problems in the installation of large structural parts,and the existing side measurement tools are reasonably used.In the whole process of reconstruction,from the proposal of reconstruction scheme,the design of specific construction and adjustment,a set of core technologies for the design,manufacture,installation,measurement and adjustment of such large bridges has been formed,which provides valuable experience for the subsequent manufacturing of test benches for loading and unloading machines of different reactors.
