针对500kV GIS刀闸开关共用传动机构的实际应用,结合事故案例,从设备基本原理、操作系统、五防逻辑等方面对其安全隐患问题进行分析,提出解决方法,详细介绍运行操作与检修维护时的注意事项、巡视和检修内容,从优化设备设计和提高人员的专业技能进行预控,避免和减少故障的发生。

Aiming at the practical application of the common transmission mechanism of 500 kV GIS knife switch,combined with the accident case,the safety hidden trouble problems are analyzed from the aspects of basic equipment principle,operating system and five prevention logics,and the solutions are put forward.The matters needing attention in operation and maintenance,inspection and maintenance contents are introduced in detail,and pre-control is carried out from optimizing equipment design and improving personnel’s professional skills,so as to avoid and reduce the occurrence of faults.
