摘要
二次中子源组件是压水堆传统装料和临界中常用的相关组件,但是秦山第二核电厂(简称"秦二厂")1号机组所使用的二次中子源组件接近使用寿命,继续使用存在破损或失效风险,为此决定在秦二厂1号机组第14循环实施替代二次中子源项目。经过理论论证与试验验证,表明使用具有一定燃耗深度的燃料组件可以替代二次中子源的作用。随后秦二厂在制定了一系列安全措施、应急方案并优化了试验方法后成功实施了替代二次中子源装料以及无源临界启动。由此表明,CNP600机组取消二次中子源组件后,仍然可以在满足安全监督要求的前提下完成堆芯装料和临界启动。
The secondary neutron source is an important component of the traditional reactor loading and critical start-up for pressurized water reactor,but as to QinshanⅡnuclear power plant,the secondary neutron source is coming to its useful life.So a replacement project was carried out in the 14 t h cycle of the Unit 1 of QinshanⅡnuclear power plant.According to the theoretical calculation and experiment,a certain consumption depth fuel assembly can replace the secondary neutron source.After a series of safety measures,emergency plan and optimization of the test methods from QinshanⅡnuclear power plant,we had replaced the secondary source and completed the critical start-up successfully.It indicates that without secondary neutron source it’s also safe to reactor loading and critical start-up for CNP600 unit.
