临床药物基因组学在个体化用药中的应用

Application of clinical pharmacogenomics for individualized medication

药物基因组学(PGx)作为实现个体化用药的一大助力,能指导临床更精准地调整用药方案。但我国PGx起步较迟,需要借鉴欧美国家的发展模式与现有平台,如利用其成熟的PharmGKB数据库、CPIC与DPWG指南等权威信息将PGx基础研究向有循证药学支撑的药物使用转化。本文针对PGx在临床的实施方案列举了临床可利用的数据库和指南、我国临床PGx的政策支持及可供实验室使用的试剂盒等信息以期为现阶段医院药学中临床PGx的应用工作提供参考,同时提出了我国临床PGx面临的挑战及未来的发展方向。

As a great driver of achieving individualized medication,pharmacogenomics(PGx)may guide clinicians to adjust medication regimens more accurately.However,due to a later domestic start of PGx,China needs to learn from the development models and existing platforms of Europe and US.Accessing mature PharmGKB database,applying CPIC/DPWG guidelines and utilizing other authoritative information to transform basic researches of PGx into drug dosing as supported by evidence-based pharmacy.This review listed the available databases and guidelines for PGx in clinical implementations and summarized national policy supports of clinical PGx and laboratory kits to provide references for the clinical application of PGx in hospital pharmacy.Also current challenges and future perspectives of clinical PGx in China were discussed.
