井工煤矿大气环境影响评价要点分析与探讨

Analysis and Discussion on the Key Points of Atmospheric Environment Impact Assessment in Underground Coal Mine

随着大气污染防治政策标准的趋严以及新大气导则的颁布实施,井工煤矿大气环境影响评价的要点发生了新的变化。本文结合井工煤矿大气污染的特点从评价等级及范围的确定、环境空气质量现状调查与评价、大气环境影响评价、大气污染防治措施可行性分析及环境管理等方面指出了大气环境影响评价要点,以期为井工煤矿大气环境影响评价、大气环境保护及污染防治提供参考。

With the tightening of air pollution control policies,standards and the promulgation and implementation of the new atmospheric guidelines,the main points of air environmental impact assessment in underground coal mine have undergone new changes.Based on the characteristics of air pollution in underground coal mine,this paper points out the key points of atmospheric environmental impact assessment in areas such as the determination of evaluation grade and scope,the investigation and evaluation of ambient air quality,the assessment of atmospheric environmental impact,the feasibility analysis of air pollution control measures and environmental management,which will provide references for the atmospheric environmental impact assessment,atmospheric environmental protection and pollution prevention in underground coal mine.
