摘要
对汽车保险杠吸能盒用6008铝合金型材不同时效制度的物理性能进行了研究。通过分析制品的力学性能、金相组织、断口形貌等来确定最佳工艺参数,为挤压汽车铝型材产品检验、工艺试验提供技术支持与指导。研究表明:6008合金目字型型材在210℃×6 h与210℃×3 h时效制度下的力学性能均满足标准要求;时效制度210℃×6 h下抗变形能力更好,压缩试样表面褶皱规律、无裂纹,符合客户标准要求;时效制度210℃×3 h时型材的挤压融合口位置合格,说明最终压溃不合格并不是因为挤压融合不好而导致的。
The physical properties of 6008 aluminum alloy profiles of automobile bumper energy absorbing boxes with different aging systems are studied,and the best process parameters are determined by analyzing the mechanical properties,metallographic structure,fracture morphology,etc.of the products,which provide technical support and guidance for product inspection and process testing of extruded automotive aluminum profiles.Researches have shown that the mechanical properties of 6008 alloy mesh-shaped profiles under the 210℃×6 h and 210℃×3 h aging systems meet the standard requirements.The anti-deformation ability of the aging sys⁃tem at 210℃×6 h is better,and the regularity of wrinkles and cracks on the surface of the compressed sample meets the requirements of customer standards.When the aging system is 210℃×3 h,the position of the extrusion fusion port of the profile is qualified,indi⁃cating that the final crushing failure is not caused by poor extrusion fusion.
