摘要
箱式炉卷材退火由于其成本低等优点仍是目前各大铝厂的退火主流。但铝材卷式退火易产生退火粘伤等问题。针对此问题,分析了粘伤的形成原因,并根据其不同的形貌及形成机理进行了分类阐述。同时针对因不同原因形成的退火粘伤问题给出了相应的解决措施,并且为了改进高温退火时卷材的放置方式,独创出"悬空退火"法,有效地解决了横条状粘伤问题。
Box furnace coil annealing is still the mainstream of current major aluminum smelters due to its low cost and other advan⁃tages.However,there were the problems of annealing stickiness often caused by aluminum coil annealing.The reasons for the forma⁃tion of stickiness are described in this article,and the different morphologies and formation mechanisms are classified and described ac⁃cording.The corresponding measures for each cause of formation are put forward aiming at different cause of annealing stickiness.
