漳州市医疗卫生机构放射工作人员健康体检结果分析

The Investigation of Physical Health of Medical Workers Occupationally Exposed to Radiation in Zhangzhou From 2017 to 2019

目的了解漳州市医疗卫生机构放射工作人员健康情况,为进一步做好放射防护工作,保护放射工作人员健康提供依据。方法收集2017-2019年漳州市医疗卫生机构放射工作人员健康体检结果,异常率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果放射敏感指标检出情况:眼晶状体异常率为1.55%,淋巴细胞微核细胞率为4.66%,在不同工龄组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.901,P=0.048)。血象指标计数异常率:白细胞异常率为2.93%,血小板异常率为3.97%,血红蛋白异常率为7.07%,红细胞异常率为6.38%,其中外周血HB在不同性别异常率差异有统计学意义,外周血HB在不同工种间异常率差别具有统计学意义,外周血WB在不同工龄间异常率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.589,P=0.018;P=0.02;χ^(2)=11.671,P=0.009)。其他体检项目异常检出率分别为:脂肪肝30.50%,高尿酸血症16.20%,高血糖5.69%,胸部X射线4.31%,肾囊肿2.93%,肾结石1.38%。结论长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的健康有一定影响,建议在做好放射防护的同时关注其他健康状况。

Objective To analyze the results of occupational health examination of the staff in the radiation in order to understand the health status of the radiation workers and provide the basis for for further radiation protection and protection of radiation workers′health.Methods The results of health examination of radiation workers in Zhangzhou medical institutions from 2017 to 2019 were collected,repeat cases have been eliminated,and the data of 580 cases were analyzed.SPSS22 were used to analyze those results,and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results The abnormal detection rates of radiosensitivity indicators were as follows:Lens abnormal rate was1.55%,the detection rate of Lymphocyte micronucleus cells was 4.66%.There was a statistically significant difference in the abnormal rate between different years of service(χ^(2)=7.901,P=0.048).The abnormal rate of crystals increase with the increasing exposure length.Abnormal rate of blood count:The abnormal rate of leukocytes was2.93%,the abnormal rate of platelets was 3.97%,the abnormal rate of hemoglobin was 7.07%,and the abnormal rate of red blood cells was6.38%.There were statistically significant differences in abnormal rates of HB in peripheral blood between different genders,differences in abnormal rates of HB in peripheral blood between different types of work,and differences in abnormal rates of WB in peripheral blood between different years of service.(χ^(2)=5.589,P=0.018;P=0.02;χ^(2)=11.671,P=0.009)The abnormal detection rates of other physical examination items were:fatty liver 30.5%,hyperuricemia 16.20%,hyperglycemia5.69%,chest X-ray 4.31%,renal cyst 2.93%kidney stone 1.38%.Conclusion Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation has certain effects on the health of radiation workers.It was suggested that attention should be paid to other health conditions while doing radiation protection well.
