2020年北京市房山区一起聚集性COVID-19疫情处置分析

Disposal Measures of COVID-19 Outbreak in Fangshan District in 2020

目的通过对一起新冠肺炎聚集性疫情进行调查,查明感染来源,分析传播途径,为疫情防控提供依据。方法2020-06-12北京市房山区疾控中心对辖区内上报的一起新冠肺炎聚集性疫情进行现场流行病学调查及处理,对流行病学调查资料和数据进行整理归纳,采集病例及其密切接触者的呼吸道标本,通过实时荧光定量RT-PCR法进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测。结果该起聚集性疫情共涉及2例确诊病例,二人均有北京新发地批发市场流行病学史,提示该起疫情与北京新发地疫情有关。涉及78名密切接触者,包括患者亲属1人,患者同事10人,患者小区工作人员26人,及社会密切接触者41人。所有密切接触者在医学观察期间均未出现发热、咳嗽等呼吸道症状,新冠病毒核酸检测结果均为阴性。结论这是一起由于患者二人共同暴露于新发地农贸市场地下一层高危环境后引发的聚集性疫情,该疫情已得到有效控制。提示应大力开展农贸市场常态化疫情防护工作。

Objective To investigate an aggregated epidemic of COVID-19,identify the source of infection and analyze the transmission route so as to provide basis for epidemic prevention and control.Methods On June 12,2020,field epidemiological investigation was conducted on a cluster of COVID-19 epidemic.Epidemiological survey data wase analyzed.The respiratory tract specimens of the patients and their close contacts were collected for real-time fluorescence quantitative RTPCR.Results The cluster outbreak involved two confirmed cases.Both cases had an epidemiological history of Xinfadi Wholesale Market in Beijing,suggesting that the outbreak was related to Xinfadi epidemic.Conclusion This is a cluster epidemic caused by the two patients′joint exposure to the high-risk environment on the ground floor of the farmers′market in xinfadi;and the epidemic has been effectively controlled.Its is snggested that we should vigorously carry out the epidemic prevention and control of farmers′market normalization.
