2014-2019年仁寿县常住人口全死因死亡率变化趋势分析

Time Trends of All-cause Mortality of Permanent Residents in Renshou County Sichuan Province From 2014 to 2019

目的了解四川省仁寿县居民的死亡水平、死因模式以及死亡率的变化趋势,为积极有效开展疾病防制措施提供科学依据。方法利用2014-2019年仁寿县常住居民死因监测资料,分析死因构成、粗死亡率、标化死亡率,采用Jointpoint分析计算标化死亡率的年度变化百分比及显著性。结果2014-2019年间四川省仁寿县常住居民报告平均粗死亡率为820.2/10万。按照系统分类,循环系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、传染病与寄生虫病(主要为乙肝)的死亡率呈上升趋势(APC>0,P<0.05),按照病种分类缺血性心脏病、糖尿病的死亡率呈上升趋势(APC>0,P<0.05),胃癌的死亡率呈显著下降趋势(APC<0,P<0.05)。结论仁寿县在恶性肿瘤的防控工作取得了一定的成果,但仍需加强循环系统疾病与内分泌系统疾病的防控工作,同时要做好传染病与寄生虫病的积极预防工作,从而减轻居民的疾病负担。

Objective To understand the level,pattern and time trends of mortality of permanent residents in Renshou County,Sichuan province,so as to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures.Methods Deaths of permanent residents in Renshou county from2014 to 2019 were analyzed by using the indexes of constituent ratio of death causes,crude mortality and standardized mortality.Jointpoint analysis was used to calculate the annual percentage change and significance of standardized mortality.Results From 2014 to 2019,the average crude mortality of the permanent residents of Renshou County,Sichuan province was 820.2/105,and the crude mortality of males was on the rise.According to the systematic classification,the mortality of circulatory diseases,endocrine diseases and infectious and parasitic diseases(Mainly hepatitis B)showed a significant upward trend(APC>0,P<0.001).The mortality of ischemic heart diseases and diabetes showed a significant upward trend according to disease categories(APC>0,P<0.001),whereas the mortality of gastric cancer showed a significant decrease(APC<0,P<0.001).Conclusion Some achievements have been made in the prevention and control of malignant tumors in Renshou County,but it is still necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of circulatory and endocrine diseases.Meanwhile,active prevention of infectious and parasitic diseases should be strengthened so as to reduce the burden of diseases among residents.
