“西安疾病控制”微信公共平台在COVID-19疫情期间的应用实践

Application Practice of“Xi′an Disease Control”WeChat Public Account during COVID-19 Epidemic

目的了解"西安疾病控制"疾控类微信公众号在新冠肺炎疫情期间的运行状况,探讨新媒体在重大公共卫生事件的应急健康科普工作中的作用。方法收集"西安疾病控制"微信公众号2019-12-31/2020-06-01期间的数据,通过描述性分析、t检验、独立样本克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯检验比较不同情况下文章的阅读情况,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果"西安疾病控制"微信公共号订阅总人数为58494人;新冠肺炎疫情期间,累计增加6996人订阅,新增常读用户数逐月上升;发布文章405篇,总阅读次数为488950次,平均每月阅读数为11121次。总分享次数26764次,平均每月分享次数608.7次。2020-01-25/2020-02-27,陕西省启动突发公共卫生事件Ⅰ级响应期间,订阅人数增长最快,发布顺序为第1位次的文章阅读情况最好。结论突发公共卫生事件发生时,民众的关注重心会瞬间集中到疾控机构,疾控类微信公众号做为具有专业官方背景的新媒体平台,在纠正舆论导向,引导舆论正向发展中起一定作用。

Objective To understand the application status of the"Xi’an Disease Control"We Chat public account during the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic,and to explore the role of the new media in the emergency popularization of major public health events.Methods Data of the"Xi’an Disease Control"WeChat public account from December 31,2019 to June 1,2020 were collected.The number of reading articles in different situations were analyzed through using descriptive statistics,t tests,and independent sample Kruskal-Wallis tests.P value<0.05 is considered as statistically significant.Results The total number of subscribers to the"Xi′an Disease Control"WeChat public account was 58494.During the new coronary pneumonia epidemic,a total of 6996 people added to the subscription.The number of new frequent reading users increased month by month.Totally,405 articles were published with a total number of readings of 488950.The average monthly reading times were 11121.The total sharing times of articles were 26764,and the average monthly sharing times were 608.7.During the level 1 response to public health emergencies(January 252020 to February 272020)in Shaanxi Province,the number of subscribers grew the fastest,and the articles issued in the first order were read most.Conclusion When a public health emergency occurs,the public′s focus will be instantly focused on the disease control agency.The WeChat public account for disease control,as a new media platform with a professional official background,will help correct the guidance of public opinion and guide the positive development of public opinion.
