针对高校实验室危险废物的主要特点和安全管理存在的难点,从制度建设、准入教育、安全巡检、信息化手段监管和规范化转运等方面阐述了提高危险废物管理水平的举措,从而有效增强师生安全环保意识,规范处置危险废物,减少对环境的污染.

In view of the main characteristics of hazardous waste in the university laboratory and the existing difficulties in the safety management,this paper expounded the measures to improve the level of hazardous waste management in terms of the system construction,access education,safety inspection,information-based technology supervision,standardization of hazardous waste transfer and other aspects,so as to effectively enhance the safety and environmental awareness of teachers and students,standardize the disposal of hazardous waste and reduce the environmental pollution caused by hazardous waste.
