摘要
插入式管座角焊缝是承压类设备中一种的常见焊缝结构形式,其施焊条件差,受力复杂,容易产生各种类型的埋藏缺陷,也较易发生破坏。由于常规的检测方法(如超声波检测、射线检测)存在技术局限性,难以对其进行有效检测。通过制取人工模拟缺陷试样,采用相控阵技术对其进行检测,并采用机械解剖方式论证实验结果。结果表明:相控阵技术可以方便快捷地检测出插入式管座角焊缝中的缺陷,并能准确识别夹渣、未熔合、裂纹等缺陷。
Inserted pipe seat fillet weld was a common weld structure in pressure-bearing equipment.Its welding conditions were poor,the force was complicated,and it was prone to various types of buried defects and damage.Conventional testing methods(such as ultrasonic testing and radiographic testing)had technical limitations,making it difficult to effectively detect them.By making artificial defect samples,phased array technology was used to detect them,and the experimental results were demonstrated by mechanical dissection.The results showed that the phased array technology could easily and quickly detect the defects in the fillet weld of the plug-in pipe seat,and could accurately identify defects such as slag inclusion,non-fusion,cracks and so on.
