摘要
目的研究基于中医传承辅助系统平台开展南征教授治疗消渴病的用药规律数据挖掘研究,获得了既往传统医案整理和统计学研究未获得的新知识、新信息,为南征教授消渴病治验的深入挖掘和传承提供参考。方法收集、整理南征教授治疗消渴病处方,采用关联规则Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析处方中药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则、处方规律。结果经过关联算法分析,提炼出南征教授治疗消渴病常用药物有玉竹、地骨皮、知母、生地黄、丹参、黄精、葛根、黄芪、佩兰、人参、枸杞子、黄连、厚朴、肉桂、红花、小茴香、桃仁、牛膝、决明子、青葙子、钩藤、桑寄生等,这些药多数具有养阴、生津、化瘀、补气、活血、清肝明目等功效。常用药物组合有:①葛根、知母;②葛根、黄连;③葛根、生地黄;④葛根、地骨皮;⑤葛根、丹参;⑥葛根、人参;⑦葛根、黄芪;⑧葛根、玉竹;⑨葛根、黄精;⑩葛根、枸杞子。经过聚类分析,常用药对包括:黄柏-紫花地丁、牡蛎-金樱子、浮小麦-茯苓、桃仁-小茴香、苏叶-紫河车、肉桂-紫河车、菟丝子-首乌藤、牛膝-制首乌、肉桂-决明子、肉桂-牛膝、菟丝子-淫羊藿等。基于复杂系统熵聚类的核心组合有:芡实-牡蛎-龙骨、肉桂-红花-小茴香、浮小麦-生牡蛎-泽泻、桃仁-首乌藤-三棱。基于熵层次聚类的治疗消渴病新处方有:①芡实、牡蛎、龙骨、浮小麦、生牡蛎、泽泻。②肉桂、红花、小茴香、桃仁、首乌藤、三棱。结论通过对南征教授用药规律分析,可以看出中药治疗糖尿病是多靶点、多途径的,其临证选方用药以辨证为基础,从病症的特点出发,谨守病机,有助于发现其内在规律。文章总结南征教授对相关疾病的中医诊治规律,是突破传统中医传承的方法,同时也是实现专家学术思想和临证经验的有效传承的新方法,这也正是辨证论治精神的体现。
Objective To study the data mining of Professor Nanzheng’s medication rules based on the TCM inheritance auxiliary system platform,and obtain new knowledge and new information that have not been obtained in the collation of traditional medical records and statistical research,so as to treat Professor Nanzheng’s diabetic disease.The in-depth excavation and inheritance provide a reference.Methods Collecting and sorting out Professor Nan Zheng’s prescriptions for treatment of diabetes,using association rules Apriori algorithm,complex system entropy clustering and other unsupervised data mining methods to analyze the frequency of drug use in prescriptions and the association rules and prescription rules between drugs.Results The results were analyzed by the correlation algorithm,and the commonly used drugs for the treatment of diabetes by Professor Nanzheng were Yuzhu,Digupi,Zhimu,Shengdihuang,Danshen,Huangjing,Gegen,Huangqi,Peilan,Renshen,Gouqizi,Huanglian,Houpo,Rougui,Honghua,Xiaohuixiang,Ta Ren,Niuxi,Juemingzi,Qingxiangzi,Gouteng,Sangjisheng,etc.Most of these medicines have the effects of nourishing yin,promoting fluid,removing blood stasis,invigorating blood,clearing liver and improving eyesight.Commonly used drug combinations are:①Gegen,Zhimu;②Gegen,Huanglian;③Gegen,Shengdihuang;④Gegen,Digupi;⑤Gegen,Danshen;⑥Gegen,Renshen;⑦Ge Gen,Huangqi;⑧Gegen,Yuzhu;⑨Gegen,Huangjing;⑩Gegen,Gouqizi.After cluster analysis,the commonly used drug pairs include:Huangbo-Zihua Diding,Muli-Jinyingzi,Fuxiaomai-Fuling,Taoren-Xiaohuixiang,Suye-Ziheche,Rougui-Ziheche,Tusizi-Shouwuteng,Niuxi-Zhishouwu,Rougui-Juemingzi,Rougui-Niuxi,Tusizi-Yinyanghuo etc.The core combinations based on complex system entropy clustering are:Qianshi-Muli-Longgu,Rougui-Honghua-Xiaohuixiang,Fuxiaomai-Shengmuli-Zexie,Taoren-Shouwuteng-Sanleng.New prescriptions based on entropy hierarchical clustering for the treatment of Diabetes are:①Qianshi,Muli,Longgu,Fuxiaomai,Shengmuli,Zexie.②Rougui,Honghua,Xiaohuixiang,Taoren,Shouwuteng,Sanleng.Conclusion Through the analysis of Nanzheng’s medication rules,it can be seen that traditional Chinese medicine is a multi-target and multi-channel treatment of diabetes.Its clinical prescription and medication are based on syndrome differentiation,starting from the characteristics of the disease,and guarding the pathogenesis.Discover its inherent laws.The article summarizes and analyzes Professor Nan Zheng’s TCM diagnosis and treatment rules for related diseases.It is a way to break through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,and it is also a new method to realize the effective inheritance of expert academic thought and clinical experience.This is also the embodiment of the spirit of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
