徐立然教授治疗肺癌经验浅析

Professor Xu Liran’s Experience in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

肺癌是全世界最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,根据病理分为非小细胞肺癌与小细胞肺癌,对于肺癌的治疗目前主要包括手术治疗、放化疗、免疫靶向治疗等。中医药在治疗恶性肿瘤中有其独特的优势,可以作用于肿瘤发生、发展的很多环节,具有多靶点且毒副作用较低的特点,中医药在改善肿瘤患者症状和体征以及降低放化疗药物的不良反应,延长生存期和改善生活质量上发挥着极其重要的作用。徐立然教授熟读经典,擅于总结前人经验提出肺脾相关理论,认为肺癌的发病以肺脾气虚为主,痰瘀毒邪为标。临床治疗上提出扶正祛邪,分期论治;肺脾同调,重在健脾并佐以化痰活血祛瘀,清热解毒散结。现将徐教授治疗肺癌经验加以总结以飨同道,以期为肺癌的中西医结合临床诊疗提供思路与方法。

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.According to pathology,it is divided into non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer.The treatment of lung cancer currently mainly includes surgical treatment,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and immune targeted therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of malignant tumors.It can act on many aspects of tumor occurrence and development.It has the characteristics of multiple targets and low side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms and signs of tumor patients and reduce the risk of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Adverse reactions play an extremely important role in prolonging survival and improving the quality of life.Mr.Xu Liran is familiar with the classics,and is good at summing up previous experiences and proposing related theories about lung and spleen.He believes that lung and spleen Qi deficiency is the main cause of lung cancer,and phlegm,blood stasis and poison are the targets.In clinical treatment,it is proposed to strengthen the body and eliminate pathogenic factors,and treat it by stages.The lung and spleen are in the same regulation,and the emphasis is on strengthening the spleen and assisting with removing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and clearing away heat and toxins.Mr.Xu’s experience in treating lung cancer is now summarized in order to provide ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer with integrated Chinese and western medicine.
