5017名护理人员2017-2019年护士执业环境调查与影响因素分析

A survey of working environment of 5017 nurses from 2017 to 2019 and its influencing factors

目的探讨某三甲综合性医院护理人员2017-2019年间护士执业环境情况及影响护士执业环境的相关因素。方法依托国家护理质量数据平台,采用手机终端填报形式,对2017-2019年间在某三甲综合性医院工作时间≥1年的5017名护理人员的护士执业环境进行现状调查,以单因素分析和多元逐步线性回归分析影响护士执业环境的相关因素。结果2017、2018、2019年三年护理人员对医院护士执业环境的总体评分分别为(74.47±24.30)分、(74.89±23.63)分和(76.33±23.07)分,三年间护士执业环境总体评价比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.058)。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,护理人员职务对护士执业环境的总体评价影响较大,学历的影响较小。护理人员对医院护士执业环境的总体评价得分=69.518-0.055×学历+0.083×职务。结论学历、职务是影响护士执业环境的主要因素。关注非护理管理岗位护士执业环境需求,有助于提升护理人员护士岗位执业环境满意度。

Objective To acknowledge the nursing staff’s working environment and related factors influencing the working environment of nurses in a Grade Ⅲ Class A general hospital from 2017 to 2019.Methods Based on a national nursing quality data platform and the form of mobile terminal filling,the present situation of 5017 nurses working in the Grade Ⅲ Class A general hospital) one year in 2017-2019 was investigated.Single factor analysis and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis were used to analyze the related factors affecting nurses’ practice environment.Results In 2017,2018,and 2019,the overall scores of nurses on the practicing environment of hospital nurses were(74.47±24.30) points,(74.89±23.63) points,and(76.33±23.07) points,respectively.The comparison of the overall evaluation of the practicing environment of nurses in the three years showed no statistically significant difference(P=0.058).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that nursing staff’s position had a great influence on the overall evaluation of nurses’ practice environment,and the influence of education was small.The final optimal regression equation is obtained as follows:the Overall Evaluation Score of nurses on the practicing environment of hospital nurses=69.518-0.055 × education background+0.083 × position.Conclusion Education background and position are the main factors affecting the practice environment of nurses.Hospitals should pay attention to the practice environment needs of nurses in non-nursing management positions,which can help to improve the satisfaction degree of nurses in practice environment.
