金凤丸联合西药对PCOS患者卵巢血流动力学及内分泌指标的影响

Effect of Jinfeng Pill Combined with Western Medicine on Ovarian Hemodynamics and Endocrine Indexes in PCOS Patients

目的探讨金凤丸联合西药对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者卵巢血流动力学及内分泌指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月我院收治的PCOS患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组(43例)和B组(43例)。A组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上加用金凤丸治疗。对两组的月经失调疗效及治疗前后卵巢血流动力学指标[阻力指数(RI)、脉搏指数(PI)]、内分泌指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOME-IR)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)]进行统计学分析。结果与A组(58.14%)比较,B组月经失调总有效率显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后B组RI显著低于A组,PI显著高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后B组FPG、FIN、HOME-IR、LH、PRL及T显著低于A组(P<0.05),E2、FSH显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论金凤丸联合西药治疗PCOS可进一步提升其疗效,能够改善机体内分泌指标及卵巢动脉血流动力学指标。

Objective To investigate the effects of Jinfeng Pills combined with western medicine on ovarian hemodynamics and endocrine indexes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 86 PCOS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into group A(43 cases)and group B(43 cases)by random number table method.Group A was treated with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone combined with metformin,and group B was treated with Jinfeng pills in addition to the treatment of group A.Efficacy of menstrual disorders in the two groups and ovarian hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment[resistance index(RI),pulse index(PI)],endocrine indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FIN),insulin resistance index(HOME-IR),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),pituitary prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]were collected for statistical analysis.Results Compared with group A(58.14%),the total effective rate of menstrual disorders in group B was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the RI of group B was significantly lower than that of group A,and the PI was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).After treatment,FPG,FIN,HOME-IR,LH,PRL and T in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05),and E2 and FSH were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jinfeng Pills and western medicine in the treatment of PCOS can further enhance its efficacy,and can improve the body’s endocrine indexes and ovarian artery hemodynamic indexes.
