藏医妇科“奈森(■)”疾病的证型分类与防治研究

Research on the Syndrome Classification and Treatment of Gynecopathy“mNgal-srin”in Tibetan Medicine

文章以藏医经典中八大核心内容之一妇科学为理论依据,通过搜集整理历代传统藏医经典中有关妇科学文献资料,结合现代医学相关资料,探讨分析藏医学对未病时妇女“奈森”的认识与理论观点,梳理、阐明了已病时妇科“奈森”疾病的病因、发病机制、诊治和后遗症及预防理论,提出了未病时“奈森”与妇女生殖系统间相互制约、相互依赖及“奈森”与“奈森”疾病间存在因果关系的新观点,为诊治和预防妇科“奈森”疾病提供了参考。

Based on gynecology,one of the eight core contents of Tibetan medical classics,through collecting and organizing the relevant gynecological data in Tibetan medical classics,combining with modern medical information,the author discusses the understanding and theoretical views before sickness towards“mNgal-srin”in Tibetan medicine,and illuminates the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment and sequela and prevention theory.It proposes the mutual restricted and independent relationship between“mNgal-srin”and women’s genital system before sickness,as well as the new point of causal relationship between“mNgal-srin”and“mNgal-srin”disease.
