摘要
文章介绍采用压片法制样,X射线荧光光谱法分析石灰石中CaO和SiO_(2),通过自制标准试样,根据产地不同分别建立工作曲线,克服了压片法的基体效应和矿物效应,分析准确度和精密度进一步提高,分析周期短,时效性好。
In this paper,SiO_(2) and CaO in limestone samples prepared using squash method were analyzed on the basis of X-ray fluorescence spectrum.In order to overcome the effects of matrix and mineral,self-made standard samples were prepared and working curves of limestone from difference areas were established.It was shown that the validity and precision of the analysis are improved.Also,the analysis period is timely and shorter.
