摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定大马士革玫瑰花中20种元素的分析方法。方法对比了干灰化法和微波消解法两种前处理方法对大马士革玫瑰花中20种元素检测结果的影响。结果干灰化法中Cd、Hg、Fe、As回收率偏低,质控样验证实验中Cd、Hg、Fe、As、Cr测定值与参考值偏差较大;微波消解法中各元素回收率在87.4%~108.6%之间,质控样验证实验表明测定值与参考范围基本一致。结论微波消解-ICPMS法操作简单、线性范围广、检出限低、方法准确可靠,适用于大马士革玫瑰花中多元素的检测。大马士革玫瑰花富含多种有益元素,有毒有害元素含量很低,元素比例较优,值得进一步深入开发其潜在价值。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 20 elements in Rosa Damascena based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The effects of dry ashing and microwave digestion on the determination were compared.Results The recoveries of Cd,Hg,Fe and As determined by dry ashing method were low,meanwhile,the measured values of Cd,Hg,Fe,As and Cr in the quality control test were deviated from the reference values.The recoveries determined by microwave digestion method were between 87.4%-108.6%;the quality control experiment showed that the measured values of 20 tested elements were basically consistent with the reference ranges.Conclusion Microwave digestion-ICP-MS is an accurate and reliable method with simple operation,wide linear range and low limit of detection.It is suitable for multi-element determination of Rosa Damascena.Rosa Damascena has high contents of a variety of beneficial elements,and very low content of toxic and harmful elements,as well as good element proportion,which is worth further development.
