摘要
储能变流器(PCS)的充放电快速无缝切换是电化学储能系统扩展应用场合的一个关键性能指标。提出一种在同步旋转坐标系下等电感能量变化率的充放电切换控制策略,与线性切换相比,所提出的切换策略切换速度更快,切换过程更平稳。设计了PCS的关键参数与充放电切换控制程序,并搭建了一台12 kW双向PCS样机。样机实验表明,提出的切换策略相比于线性切换策略速度快30%~40%,实验验证了所提切换策略的正确性与有效性。
The fast and seamless charge and discharge switching is a key performance indicator for the power conversion system(PCS) of the electrochemical energy storage system.A charge and discharge switching method with constant inductance energy change rate is proposed.Compared with the linear switching method,the proposed method has faster switching speed and smother switching process.The key parameters of PCS and the control program with the proposed method had been designed,and a 12 kW bidirectional PCS prototype is built.The experiments show that the switching with the proposed method has 30%〜40% faster than the linear switching method.Experiments verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
