摘要
提出了一种表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)的电压矢量注入转子初始位置检测方法。在深入分析电机磁饱和凸极效应的基础上,建立了转子位置与注入电压响应电流的关系。通过综合平衡转子位置检测精度与检测效率,确定了合适的注入电压幅值、作用时长及位置角度步长。实验结果表明该方法能够根据驱动系统对转子初始位置检测的精度要求,准确地获取转子初始位置信息。
A voltage vector injection rotor initial position detection method for surface mount permanent magnet syn-chronous motor(SPMSM) is presented.Based on the analysis of the magnetic saturation salient pole effect,the relationship between the rotor position and the injected voltage response current is derived.By combining the detection precision and efficiency of the balanced rotor position,the appropriate injection voltage amplitude,action time and position angle step are determined.The experimental results show that the method can accurately obtain the initial position information of the rotor according to the accuracy of the rotor initial position detection by the driving system.
