摘要
菲律宾Mindanao-Visayas±350 kV/450 MW高直流输电工程是我国的企业走出国门,输出中国高压直流(HVDC)输电技术的又一成功范例。在此结合菲律宾电网的差异和工程特点,系统介绍了±350 kV/450MW工程换流阀的研制工作,从换流阀的基本参数、电气设计和结构设计3个方面分析换流阀的技术特点和性能指标。最后对研制的±350 kV/450 MW工程换流阀开展了型式试验,试验严格按照IEC:60700-1-2015标准,在业主NGCP、国家高压电器质量监督检验中心(XIHARI)和意大利CESI专家的共同见证下通过全套型式试验并实现工程应用。
The Mindanao-Visayas±350 kV/450 MW interconnection project,high voltage direct current(HVDC) converter & electrode stations in the philippines is another successful example of chinese enterprises entering the global market with advanced China’ s HVDC technology.Based on the differences and engineering characteristics of the Philippines power grid,the research and development of the±350 kV/450 MW converter valve is systematically introduced.The technical characteristics and performance indicators of the converter valve are analyzed from three aspects:the basic parameters of the converter valve,electrical design,and structural design.Finally,the type test of the developed±350 kV/450 MW converter valve has been carried out.The test is strictly in accordance with the IEC 60700-1-2015 standard,and the developed converter valve has passed a full set of test items to fulfill the engineering application requirements,under the joint witness of the owner NGCP,the national high-voltage electrical quality supervision and inspection center(XIHARI) and the Italian CESI experts.
